Through Project IHAVETOO, we have created a safe and intentional space where women can share and explore authentic, anonymous, and deeply vulnerable stories—created to help every woman feel seen, heard, and supported. Here, you'll find REAL, powerful narratives from women across Arkansas as they navigate pregnancy, birth, miscarriage, infant loss, infertility, postpartum experiences, and the everyday realities of motherhood.

The digital library will be FREE to the public.

Virtual Library of REAL Narratives

Expressive art events help create a safe, supportive spaces where mothers can explore various art forms, process emotions, connect with other women, and engage in somatic healing. Research has shown that creative self-expression through art can reduce stress, enhance emotional regulation, and support trauma recovery making it a powerful tool for maternal well-being. By combining artistic exploration with community care, these events foster a safe space for connection, healing, and empowerment.

We are calling for Arkansas-based artists and local facilities to host "pop-up" expressive art events. These events will be FREE to the public and we will provide all materials. Please fill out the form on the link below.
